Medium sized apples, washed and dried: 3
M&M’s® Chocolate Candies: 1 ½ cups
To prepare the caramel:
Sugar: 1 cup
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Cream: 1 cup
Corn syrup: ¼ cup
Product may contain peanuts

1- Press a craft stick into each apple and leave aside.
2- To prepare the caramel: in a deep pot mix together cream, butter, sugar, corn syrup and leave to boil for 10 to 12 minutes.
3- Place the pot immediately in cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent the caramel from burning.
4- To make the caramel apples: dip every apple in caramel to coat it entirely then dip in the M&M’s® Chocolate Candies.
5- Put the apple in a serving plate and store in the fridge to cool before serving.
