Coconut Chocolat Mou

Chocolate ice-cream: 2 ½ cups
BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars: 2 bars (165 g)
Whipping cream: 3 cups
Icing sugar: 2 teaspoons
For the frosting
Chocolate syrup: as desired
BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars, cut into small cubes: 1 bar
Strawberries, cut into halves: ‏2‏

  1. ‏Remove the ice-cream from the freezer 5 minutes before you start preparing your dessert.
  2. ‏Melt BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars in a double boiler.
  3. Add to the ice-cream and mix well.‏
  4. ‏Beat cream and sugar well in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. ‏Divide the ice cream into 2 cups.
  6. Top the ice-cream with whipped cream and then pour chocolate syrup over the cream.‏
  7. ‏Decorate with strawberries and BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars cubes and serve.
