For the cake
Eggs: ‏4‏
Vanilla: ½ teaspoon
Icing sugar: ¾ cup
Flour: ½ teaspoon
Instant yeast: ½ teaspoon
Dark chocolate: 50 g
Melted butter: 125 g
M&M’s® Chocolate Candies: 50 g
Salt: 1 pinch
Tahini or butter to grease the tray: 1 teaspoon
For the frosting
GALAXY® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate: 250 g
M&M’s® Chocolate Candies: 4 bags

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ͦ C. ‏
  2. In the electric mixer, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until foamy.‏
  3. Add flour, yeast and salt; mix the ingredients well then pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.‏
  4. Wash the mixer, then put the M&M’s® Chocolate Candies and crush them until powdered.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. ‏
  6. Add M&M’s® Chocolate Candies powder over the melted chocolate and stir. ‏
  7. Add the chocolate mixture to the first mixture and stir well.
  8. Grease a rectangular baking tray with tahini or butter. ‏
  9. Pour the mixture into the tray and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until done. Allow the cake to cool before decorating.‏
  10. Cut the cake in the shape of the number that you desire, and put it on an oven grid.
  11. For the frosting: melt the GALAXY® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate in a water bath.‏
  12. Cover the cake with chocolate and decorate it with M&M’s® Chocolate Candies before the chocolate cools.

Note: For a larger cake, you can make more than one cake and use circular and rectangular trays to get the number’s shape that you desire; for example two round cakes for number 8 or 3; or two rectangular cakes, cut and shaped for number 4.
