For the cake
Eggs: 7
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 cup + 1 tablespoon
Flour: 1 ¾ cups
Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
Icing sugar: 1 tablespoon
For the filling
SNICKERS® Chocolate Bars: 5 bars
For the decoration
Icing sugar: 1 tablespoon
  1. Beat eggs, vanilla, salt and sugar in a mixer for around 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the egg and sugar mixture to a large bowl and then add in the flour and cocoa. Mix the ingredients well with a tablespoon.
  3. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  4. Place a butter sheet on a rectangular pan then pour the mixture in the pan.
  5. Bake for around 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Turn the cake on a clean towel sprinkled with one tablespoon of icing sugar and leave it to cool.
  7. Melt the SNICKERS® Chocolate Bars on a water bath.
  8. Open the folded cake and spread the melted snickers inside then wrap it again.
  9. Leave it to cool then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
