Chocolate Cheesecake

For the crust
Melted butter: 160 g
Plain cookies: 400 g
For the filling
GALAXY® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate: 200 g
Cream cheese, at room temperature: 200 g
Cream: 300 ml
GALAXY® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate shavings: 50 g
White chocolate shavings: 50 g
Product may contain Gluten, almond, and hazelnuts.
  1. Mix the cookies and the butter in the food processor until they form soft dough.
  2. Press the dough onto the bottom of a spring form pan and put it in the freezer.
  3. Melt the GALAXY® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with the cream and melted chocolate in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Take the springform pan out of the freezer and pour the batter onto the base. Smooth the top with a large knife.
  6. Put the cheesecake back in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  7. Decorate with chocolate shavings before serving.
