Choco-filled Swiss Roll

Powdered sugar: ‎½ cup‎
Flour ‎: ‎1 cup‎
Baking powder: ‎1 teaspoon‎
Water ‎: ‎1 tablespoon‎
Vanilla: ‎1 teaspoon‎
Salt: A pinch
For greasing the pan: Melted butter
For the chocolate filling
BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars: 3
Butter, at room temperature: 50 g
Powdered milk: ‎1 ½ tablespoons
Cocoa powder: ‎1 ½ tablespoons
Water: ‎¼ cup‎

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Cover the bottom of a pan with butter sheet then brush the sheet ‎with melted butter.‎
  2. Separate egg whites from yolks.‎
  3. Beat‎ the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a large bowl until fluffy.‎
  4. Put the egg yolks with the water, vanilla, salt and remaining powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk until ‎pale.‎
  5. Incorporate the egg yolk batter into the egg whites mixture using a metal spoon.‎
  6. Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl then add them to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.‎
  7. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until done.‎
  8. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: melt the BOUNTY® Chocolate Bars using a double boiler. Mix the butter with the milk, ‎cocoa and water. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. The filling is now ready.‎
  9. Take the baking pan out of the oven and flip the Swiss roll on a wet cloth. Remove the butter sheet ‎and cut the crispy edges.‎
  10. Spread the filling on the cake and roll with the wet cloth.‎
  11. Remove the cloth and put the roll on the serving plate.‎
  12. Leave to cool before serving.‎
