Coconut And Colorful Candies Drop Cookies

M&M’s® Chocolate Candies: 80 g
Room temperature butter: 225 g
White sugar: 1/2 cup
Brown sugar: 1 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Oats: 1½ cup
All-purpose flour: 1½ cup
Room temperature eggs: 1
Salt: ¼ teaspoon
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Grated coconut: 1 cup

1- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover the base of the baking tray with parchment paper.
2- In a small bowl, mix the butter, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
3- In a big bowl, mix the butter with the two kinds of sugar, for 2 minutes or until you obtain a smooth blend.
4- Add the egg and the vanilla and mix well, then add the dry ingredients and continue mixing.
5- Add the oats, coconut and M&M’s® Chocolate Candies and mix well.
6- Roll the mixture into 20 small balls and press each one of them with your palm. Put them on the baking tray with a space of 5 cm between each cookie.
7- Bake them for approximately 12 to 14 minutes until they become golden.
8- Let them cool before serving them.
