Ginger And Chocolate Biscuits
made with
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Baking powder: ½ teaspoon
Butter at room temperature: ½ cup
Brown sugar: 2/3 cup
Molasses: 2 tablespoons
Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Chopped GALAXY ® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate: 170 g
White sugar: 1/3 cup
Large egg: 1
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: ½ teaspoon

1- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2- In a large bowl, beat the butter with the white and brown sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
3- Add the egg, molasses and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4- Knead the mixture and then add the chopped GALAXY ® Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate and knead again until well combined.
5- Use a tablespoon to form small balls of dough. Flatten the cookies with your palm.
6- Put the balls on a butter sheet on a baking tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
7- Serve cookies cold.
